Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer the possibility of returning products and receiving a refund under the following conditions:

First: Return Period
The product can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the product can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Second: Conditions for Accepting Returns
The product must be in its original condition and unused.
The product must be returned with all accessories, packaging, and original labels.
A purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to misuse.

Third: Methods of Refund
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer.
The refund may take between 7 to 14 days, depending on the bank or payment gateway processing times.
For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be issued as a bank transfer or store credit, according to the customer's preference.

Fourth: Returns via Shipping
The customer is responsible for shipping costs if the return is not due to a manufacturing defect.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the company will cover all shipping costs.

Fifth: Product Inspection
The product will be inspected upon receipt to verify its condition, and the customer will be contacted once the inspection is complete.
If the product's condition does not meet the requirements, the return request may be denied.
