We are committed to customer satisfaction and therefore offer a product exchange service under the following conditions:
First: Exchange Period
The product can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the product can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Second: Conditions for Exchange
The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all attached labels and accessories.
Provide the purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
If the defect is due to misuse, the exchange request will not be accepted.
Third: Exchange Methods
Exchanges can be made at one of our branches or through customer service.
If the exchange is via shipping, the customer bears the shipping cost unless the reason is a manufacturing defect.
Fourth: Receiving the Replacement Product
The replacement product will be delivered after verifying the condition of the returned product.
If the same product is unavailable, the customer can choose another product of equal value or pay the price difference.
